The colours in the dress are so vibrant, together with the busy geometric zig zags and floral print it really is a statement piece.
There is no evidence of a label and the dress does appear to have been handmade, beautifully! The front buttons are covered but do not function, there are prestud fastenings beneath, There is a wide collar and the shoulders have been nicely tailored at the neck edge. Long sleeves taper to the cuff and the body of the dress has been tailored at the bust. The hem is hand turned and stitched with ribbon bias for a professional finish.
