This Crimped Jersey dress arrived as a maxi but had a spill stain down the lower skirt which meant I had to refashion into a mini. The Pink bias trim on the front and neck edge was also worn and so I replaced this and also strengthened the seams. Where there had once been a tied bias bow I have stitched a large vintage button.
As with much of my stock, I have to rethink and refashion where it's impossible to sell damaged by age. In this case, chopping into a mini befitted the era of the dress and still suits the design.
A true vintage one-off.
