All black, at first glance it's a simple pice but look closer and you'll see that attention to detail in this stylish seventies waistcoat.
The bodice is paneled front and back and is seamed at the waist with the skirt of the waistcoat also paneled. There are two decent sized pockets on the lower front and it fastens with a chunks zipper - it is a little stiff when starting off but runs up and down fine once engaged. Unbranded, it has been well tailored to give a snug fit at the bust and the addition of a chained loop for hanging is a nice touch. Each side has a 5.5" / 14cm vent.
Such a versatile piece of clothing that's survived mostly unscathed by time.
