Sometimes, when a vintage piece arrives in stock in need of repair, I have to ask, is it worth it?
In the case of this vibrant little shirt, it absolutely was.
Made from 100% rayon, it is super soft and the colours still pop out. Short sleeved there is a chest pocket on either side and the back yoke has a small tuck on each side too. I had to repair the yoke, both sleeve seams - some had to be hand sewn due to freying but all is secure now. There was also a tear in the right collar onto which I've embroidered a sun style motif in order to cover and keep it from freying. All in all, considerable time was spent in keeping this snazzy shirt in circulation, but I feel it deserves another chance :-)

Shoulder to cuff 8.25" / 21cm
Underarm 4.25" / 11cm
Back of neck to hem 26" / 66cm
Collar 15" / 38cm
