You can almost guarantee that seventies handmade garments are well tailored and this is no exception, definitely a practiced seamstress.
Made from that seventies staple fabric, polyester, this is almost non-iron and the colours are still popping out. It has the original zipper fastening at the back and the halter neck has a hook and eye fastening where the eyes have been hand made. This is also the case just above the zipper where there are three hook and eye closures, each eye is handmade with cotton.
An empire line bustline that falls to a low V neck there is a narrow 2" band below and the skirt is a paneled A line. It's a pretty floral and paisley print in bold greens, reds, purple and blue on a navy background.
