Mending is trending. As consumers realise the benefits to the planet of loving clothes longer, repairing what we wear is becoming more popular.
The visible mending movement, highlighting areas of repair with artful embroidery and darns, has further endorsed the mending trend.
Proving we choose love not landfill can make a mend a badge of honour.

WHAT IS THE MENDING CIRCLE?
The mending Circle is a meeting place for those of us who care enough to repair our clothes.
Whether you are a seasoned stitcher or new to the sustainable fashion revolution, all are welcome. Bring along your treasured garments in need of TLC and we can share skills, swap mending matters and of course repair some clothes.
We now have a sewing machine as well so both hand and machine sewing.
