This hoody has been created using the remnants of seven vintage track tops, each of which had been damaged beyond repair. It is my job to salvage the wearable pieces for upcycling into new designs.
In this case I chose an oversized hoody - extra long in the body and sleeves. The track tops come from Adidas and Fred Perry designs and in each case I have used only the wearable parts. The green Fred Perry did have small holes in the darker green striped but this only adds to the distressed feel of the top.
The hood is lined and the cuffs on both sleeve and lower band are elasticated.
