Fitting perfectly in to the recent cottage core aesthetic, this peasant style dress looks as though it's stepped out of a fairy tale.
Predominantly pale creme, the dress has a very seventies repeated pattern in bronze and pale orange. The main body of the skirt and the sleeves isn't as heavily patterned and the bodice design is repeated around the bottom of the hem - perfect use of the design.
The sleeves once had elastication at the edges but I've left this as the bell style still suits the dress.
The centre front of the bodice has the mock criss cross ribbon popularised in the 60s/70s which gives it that fairy tale look. There is a wide scooped neck line and the dress fastens at the back with it's original zipper in good working order. The bodice is lined, the skirt is not making it a perfect lightweight summer frock.
